MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: The provision of an efficient service of food & beverage QUALITY STANDARDS: 1. To carry out all tasks in accordance with procedures as outlined in the Restaurant/Bar Standards Manual. 2. To have a comprehensive knowledge and actively promote all hotel & golf links facilities. 3. To set-up tables and clear tables. 4. To carry out mise-en-place. 5. To serve food, wine and other beverages.
